Zoommeer

The fresh-water Zoommeer which borders on the Schelde-Rijn channel is one of the smaller lakes where there’s a lot to do, both on the water as well as alongside it. Fishermen, canoers and surfers are frequent visitors to this lake, and there is a water-ski run very near to the Bergse Diep lock. The Zoommeer is the entranceway for shipping to reach the harbour of Bergen op Zoom, via an open lock and a lift-bridge (follow the instructions closely).
