Welcome to camping Kotestee , where peace, nature and space come together. Camping Kotestee is a smaller family campsite and also one of the greenest campsites on the island Goeree-Overflakkee. The establishment of camping Kotestee is playful (no tight lanes). The campsite is surrounded by the typical Ouddorpse schurvelingen (this is a planted sand bank which is about 1 to 3 meters high and around a field is) and sand walls. These sand bags, unique in the Netherlands, are covered with large ferns and oaks. The 'schurvelingen' (sand walls) are earleier made by hand to prevent pollination and are now protected by law.
The campsite is right next to the nature reserve 'Westduinen' where various birds, cows, horses and various protected plant life. Campsite Kotestee has also a nice animal cage in which ducks, geese and chickens can be fed. Moreover, pheasants, hares, (green and variegated) woodpeckers, raptors and very occasionally even deer are not unknown fellow guests.
The location of campsite Kotestee is right next to the nature reserve 'Westduinen' ideal. The North Sea beach is only two kilometers away and the Grevelingenmeer is only three kilometers away .
