Return and Withdrawal Policy

1. Returning items free of charge

You can return items to us free of charge if you return them to our Freepost address below.

If you send a package or registered mail to this freepost address, post and packaging will be for your account. Please click here for the withdrawal form.

2. The return or withdrawal period

Items may be returned within 14 days of the date of dispatch in accordance with ‘VVV Zeeland’s General Terms and Conditions for Consumers’. The return period is equal to the statutory withdrawal period for consumers.

If you have made use of your statutory right of withdrawal, you must return the items within 14 days of the date you informed us of the cancellation of the agreement.

3. How to return an item or use your right of withdrawal

Items must be returned to us within the applicable return period. The returned products must be in perfect condition. You should also be in the possession of a sales receipt.

If you want to make use of your statutory right of withdrawal, please notify us by means of a clear statement of withdrawal before expiry of the withdrawal period. You can use the Model Withdrawal Form for this. This is not mandatory. The Model Form can be found here.

If products were delivered in a closed (or sealed) package and the package has been opened or damaged, you cannot make use of your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. The same applies to items that are not suitable to be returned for health and hygiene reasons. You cannot return such items as we will not be able to resell them.

4. Refund

After approval of the returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded in the same manner as you paid for them. The items must be in perfect condition.

If you make use of your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, the delivery costs you paid will also be refunded (with the exception of any additional costs due to your choice of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery). The direct costs of return are for your account if you send registered mail or a package to our Freepost address.

5. When the refund will be paid

After approval of the returned items, we will send you a confirmation email stating the amount that will be transferred to your account within a few days. We will refund you with the same means of payment as with which you made the original purchase, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. No costs will be charged for the refund. We may postpone the refund until we have received the items from you, or until you have presented us with proof that you returned the items to us, whichever occurs first.

7. Statutory warranty

If a product does not comply with the agreement, we will observe the applicable statutory warranty regulations.
