In the past, this vacation home was a so-called "farmhouse". In recent years, however, the house was completely modernized. The house is located about 30 meters from the road and is largely safe (for children), through a fence. In the large garden (600m²) is a terrace and a beautiful large lawn. The house has a living room with open kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and three bedrooms. The kitchen has a gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, kettle and coffee maker. On the first floor is a bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs is a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a single bed and a crib. There are also a high chair and playpen available. Furthermore, there is Wi-Fi, a private parking lot and a bicycle shed.

The beach of the village Groot Valkenisse is located in the south of Walcheren and is the only beach in the Netherlands that faces south.
