The house has a sunny living room with sitting area, a colour television. The open kitchen features a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, combimagnetron, coffee maker, kettle and a toaster. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, sink and a toilet. 

Upstairs are two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed. There is alsoa bathroom with bath, washbasin and a second toilet. The house has central heating and therefore also suitable during the winter months.
