Restaurant De Gouden Bock can be found on one of the most beautiful squares in the monument city of Middelburg.
The building alone, largely 17th century, is worth a visit. The kitchen is even more so: honest, fresh, lots of local products and just
about everything is made in-house. The focus is on fresh fish, crustaceans and shellfish and, in season, game.
A visit to Middelburg is not complete without a lunch or dinner at De Bock.

Lunch During lunch (from 12 to 3 pm) you can go to De Gouden Bock for hearty soups, crispy fresh salads, homemade fresh pasta,
thick farmhouse sandwiches with homemade toppings or an extensive 2-course menu.

Dinner The dinner menu is full of delicious daily fresh small dishes from the season, from the region and all homemade.
The dishes are small dishes; portion of entremets and all cost 13 euros each. This way you can put together a
complete (more) course menu. The advice is to order 2 to 3 dishes per person, but more or less is also ok!

Sleeping Above the Gouden Bock is Bed & Bubbels, a city apartment where no breakfast is served, but a glass of bubbles!
